We offer lots of different options so you can pick the one that works best for you and your goals! No contract. No initiation fees. Regardless of the option you choose, our trainers will customize sessions to you and your group.
Personal Training — an hour of one-on-one personal training, $50 for once per week, $45 for twice a week, and $40 if you are looking for three times a week personal training.
Group Training — want to train with your family or friends? No problem! The more friends or family you bring, the less it is per person. We cap it at five people to make sure everyone gets the individual attention to do exercises effectively and safely. Call or email for additional details.
Classes — Fitness on Center offers a variety of classes, and times are 6 am, 7 am, and 9 am, Monday through Friday. Monday and Friday are cardio-focused, Tuesday and Thursday are strength based, with Wednesday being a day for mobility and yoga. Our Saturday class is at 9 am and is Trainer’s Choice. 🙂 If you want to come to all classes on all six days, it is a flat fee of $200 per month. If you want to come to two days a week, the price drops to $100 per month.
